It felt good to back at Drake for the Relays. It started with the 11th place finish by the Four by 800 Relay. The group came into the meet seeded 16th. Abi, Adrienne, Elena and AJ ran a 9:47.81 for a nice best of the season improvement. Then Abi jumped on the track in the afternoon competing in the 1500 meters. She was clocked with a 4:55.63 which was the 13th fastest time clocked in the meet. There were smiles all around. The track was fast and the crowds were small…but it was nice to be back at Drake.
